At Chateau and Divisions Cut Flower Farm, we pride our selves in creating the perfect setting for every bride and groom. Whether its a cozy wedding at Orchard Lawn or Shakerag Alley in Mineral Point, a nearby bed and breakfast in Galena, an urban setting in and around the Madison, Dubuque, or Rockford area, or along the beautiful Mississippi River at Chestnut Ski Resort! We are here to create gorgeous locally grown floral designs your friends and family will talk about for years to come. While we would love to create a perfect day for every bride and groom, we must limit the number of events we create each week. To devote the time needed to your special day, we must limit our schedule to two events per week. At Chateau and Divisions Cut Flower Farm, I pride myself in the fact that I utilize nearly 80% locally grown product when in season, providing you with the most unique and sought-after blooms Spring- early Autumn. At Chateau and Divisions we want all of our Brides and Grooms to have their dream day.
Jason did such an amazing job with our floral arrangements. Being an indecisive person, I picked out some photos but wasn’t sure what all I need/ wanted. Jason helped so much with his input and taking my ideas and making them even more beautiful than I could have imagined. He really made it a priority to choose flowers and greenery that were in my budget and look like the photos and Pinterest ideas I showed him. He was very easy to work with and took the stress out of picking floral arrangements. The time and energy he put into making my day look perfect were above and beyond my expectations. I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful floral designs!
Just wanted to say thanks again- everything was so beautiful and it really made the day even more perfect!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Can I book my wedding now and set up a time later to meet?
A: While I would love to create every bride or grooms special day, I feel its important to meet first and make sure we have that connection and energy needed to create something beautiful and exciting.
Q: I live out of town and was wondering if I could have my mother/mother-in-law meet with you, to discuss our wedding ideas?
A: While we are happy to meet moms and dads, we love to meet our couples first-hand and make sure it is their vision we create. We are happy to set up a Skype meet-and-greet, or whatever it is we need to do to help get an idea of the look you are trying to achieve for your event.
Q: How many people should I bring when we meet for out consultation and what should I bring with me?
A: A general rule of thumb is the couple should be present and possibly one other close friend or relative. In my experience, more than 2 people (not including yourself) is too many cooks in the kitchen. It is about you the couple and what your likes are.
Q: What is the average cost of a wedding bouquet and boutonnière?
A: This is an open-ended question, and not easily answered, as everyone likes and desires different types of flowers. Each bouquet and boutonnière is unique to itself and pricing can be discussed during your consultation. Remember, Pinterest is a great place to find inspiration but in the end, your budget helps determine your final look.
Q: Is there a down payment required?
A: We require a 20% down payment/retainer at the time of contract approval. All other payment requirements can be found in our bridal contract (pdf).
Q: My wedding is next week and I called it off, can I get my money back?
A: While I am sad to hear your news, we unfortunately can not refund any of your payments as it is stated in our contract (pdf).
Q: I’m allergic to flowers, so I have to have artificial, right?
A: While indeed people are allergic to (some) flowers, they are usually mostly allergic to the fragrant flowers. We can surely find a variety of flowers to create your designs that will be hypo-allergenic.
